I just wanted to tell about that white lady who was taking orders at drive thru speaker during day time around 7 am. She was... worst. We tried to confirm our order but she didn?t respond properly and just wanted us to drive up in hurry. She was sooooosoooooo rude. First time very bad experience at tim hortons this location only. Horrible experience. Poor customer service with angry issue employees. To manager of this location ?Please do run some... background check on your employees at this location and do hire someone who has experience of customer service?. I was yelled atby an order taker and was called a lier, just because I told him that he did not gave me the straw for my cold drinks, and gaveme the plain raisin tea biscuit, and not toasted with butter. He looked at me and said ?That is what you ordered?. Instead ofapologizing to me for making wrong order, he was making excuses and was going around and showing his anger. Awful customer service! Gave me crumpled napkins. I had to ask for a straw for my iced cap. I paid for "2" double-double but I... only got one...and who the heck is going to go back out and get the missing coffee after arriving to my destination? Really badcustomer service!!! I come here almost everyday before my shift for work. The lady asked me what I wanted I usually order a grilled chicken wrap so... that?s what I ordered. So can anyone tell me why they close earlier this. There end time?? Third time I came and there closed at 9pm there drive... through says 10pm all week.there sign at the front door says 9:30 on Saturday. So tell me why at 8:57 drive-through is closed. Ican hear someone counting the till. There were three other cars in front of me we all tried to walk in instead but door islocked lights still on. There kds system still on. One of the worst customer service you can ever get on earth. I ordered sausage breakfast on biscuits with no cheese. They served... me with cheese on it. When I complained, they told me that I did not even pay for egg and sausage. I had to open my bankingapp to prove to them how much I was charged. They untrained manager could not even apologize. She was more interested in tellingme that I should not shout. The girl that actually served me was polite but the manager and others? They have no businessserving customers. The should be where no one can have direct engagement with them. The manager is highly untrained. Sheactually told me if I do not like their service, I should not come again.
