The staff here is not courtesy nor have any manners, I asked her a simple difference between the types of croissants that they... sell, the girl at the cash counter with black mask and black scarf, was like "Really! you want to know the difference betweenthem? " Well I don't think it's a odd question. She should learn to know the products they sell instead of giving customers anattitude. Read more

I always go there for my morning coffee despite of so many people working at a time some of there team members are so... frustrated. Don?t have sense how to talk with customers the chinese guy wearing glasses is so rude with customers he takes orderand say everything by himself Points card no ok no Debit go ahead I didn?t even say anything he did everything by himself N keptmy coffee aside without letting me know i was waiting and he continued serving other customers Idk why people are so frustratingin there lifes and than carry that same load in there work. We all have stress in our lives but at least don?t spoil somebody?smorning with a bad and rude service. Read more

The previous review made me laugh, obviously if you make comments under your breath you?re going to get sass. It?s Tim Hortons,... not Ruth?s Chris lol. This Timmies is the best in Etobicoke. The food is actually fresh here, there is a night and daydifference between this location and any others nearby. Their coffee is delicious and always hot, authentic tasting. Seriously Idon?t know what they do differently here but it?s the only Tims in Etobicoke I?ll order from. It seems they actually care aboutwhat they serve you here. Thanks guys! Read more

Well, went to this location this morning for coffee....As usual, it was busy .. I noticed the priority seemed to be the 'pick... up' orders and Not the people at the counter..(you know, the one's who actually 'show up' in person) The wait time wasexceedingly long....when it was my turn I remarked 'this has got to be the slowest Timmy's in Etobicoke'...and 'No, I don't havea Timmy's card, loyalty card, and I'm not paying debit or credit...just cash' The 'lady' making the numerous coffee's for 'takeout' obviously overheard me and took offence to what I said''(even though it is true)... She then said something under herbreath and I sort of caught it... I then asked "what did you say?"...She then loudly said...'GET OUT OF MYFACE'......hmm..Really?..she then kept repeating it....I again asked her what exactly did you say to me before?...Shesaid..'Choke on your coffee!" Nice...I hope Timmy's realizes that with 'Brand Ambassadors' like her they should not expectrepeat business...Here's an idea, why not make the customers at the counter a priority over the 'phone in's....and send a'secret shopper' in once in awhile to see how things are actually being done....(not by the manual I'm sure) Read more

I was in a very long line up leading out the door. The line moved pretty fast considering there were only 2 workers. Sohil took... my order...which was a large order. He made 5 hot beverages and a few food items very fast and efficiently. He was quick atmultitasking. Looks like a hardworker. Keep it up. Read more
