Such a bad and delayed service. Took freaking 15 minutes to get my order taken and prepared. The line up was long but only one... counter open. Delayed order taking. Ordered a meal with wrap, hashbrown & coffee. Coffee was given only when asked. the personwho takes the order is supposed to make the coffee and hand it over. the girl took the order and ran inside. Egg wrap with nocheese but the person making the wrap is confused I don't understand why and how. Told him to place the egg and the hashbrownthat comes in the wrap with extra sauce and he still missed it.. Tim Hortons management plz train the guys. Thank God there isno drive through otherwise we can't even drive back to get the messed up order right. Read more
To begin, the two women behind the counter were babbling in their own language.. I happen to work in customer service, please... speak the language of the country. If someone doesn't understand you and you can communicate with them in THEIR language- haveat it! Next, it's up to you to complete my sale, not me. That includes swiping my rewards card! Finish the transaction! Don'twander around babbling in your language making customers uncomfortable. And when you are asked to finish the transaction, don'targue. Just do it. It is a very busy upper floor Food Court location of Tim Hortons at Sherway Gardens Shopping Centre. Lots of people were queued... up for service but line moved along rapidly. I just need a dark roast coffee and service was quick and courteous. Don?t forgetto scan your Tim Rewards card! Read more
