Not too busy however seemed like it was taking a long time for each customer to be served. Ordered a double toasted bagel and it... wasn't even crunchy at all and was barely luke warm. Noticed out of order sign on washroom on my way out. I'd pick a differentlocation if you have a choice this place was mediocre at best. The metal wall covering half the service counter is a nice touch,makes it feel like a half closed mall food court. Read more
It's not a bad Tim Horton's for space and meeting friends, but it is a slow location. Sometimes the lineups build up and could... wait awhile. It's located at one of the end of the Blue Night Bus (300 Bloor) and along the 50 Burnhamthorpe Bus route. Theinterior is nicely done. There's outlets that you can find to power your devices and sometimes you'll find people playing cards.There's always people in this Timmies, so you'll never be alone. The service is good when they're all on staff during the day.During the night, it may be slower and less staff so don't expect superb service as they have to clean everything. Read more
I go here a lot since my office is just next door. They get about 1 of every 3 of my orders wrong (I'm super lactose intolerant... and always ask for no cheese/black coffees). Around half of the wrong orders are fixed correctly, the other half they usuallyend up missing something else instead. 3 stars because they at least try, and I understand they're super busy all the time. Feel free to get your drinks. However, Stay away from honey dip donuts & timbits. They are never fresh. They seem like they came... from the fridge overnight. The glaze on them gives it away. I?ve made the mistake buying them several times. Now I only getcoffee at this location. Read more
3 minutes walking distance from the skating ring... love it. Employees are super friendly and it's not crowded in evenings.
This is a tricky Tim's to access as you must walk-in via bus stop (The West Mall) or via this ramp under a building with limited... clearance on . Once you park in this old school parking lot you have to walk around the building as the entrance faces the verybusy corner of Burnhamthorpe & The West Mall. This is the worst Tim bottoms in the city. The manager just walks around doesn?t do anything. Yells at her coworkers and... customers. Always on the phone. Huge line. Poor service. Read more
