This is by far the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to!!! Last week they gave me steeped tea with Moldy and clumpy... cream. Today they gave me a sesame bagel with visible mould on the bottom. This is a health and safety concern. On top of this,the customer service is so bad. The guy serving us, rolled his eye when asked for a ketchup. We get it, you may not like yourjob, but people are spending their hard earned money to eat here Update: I got a refund but honestly poor customer service. TheManager was challenging the order and saying this was not mold. How does this not look like mold. You should have given a freecoffee at a minimum for the poor experience but these people have no customer service skills. I had worst experience at this tim hortons. The girls don?t know how to talk with customer, zero customer service. Without any... reason they are in rush all the time . They can?t wait while ordering. I suggest do not go there. Read more
Ordered a breakfast sandwich with no bun. They put it in a container which is fine but the cheese was at the bottom, so it... melted in the container at the bottom. So when I was ready to eat, the cheese was stuck....should have put it between the eggand sausage. Read more

Usually a place has either bad customer service, bad food, unclean dining area or rude staff. This place managed to have all of... it under one roof. How is this place even functioning? It took 3 ppl to take our order and being yelled at by the manager forsaying coffee is too cold. Place is so dirty. First they took order and charged, then said they dont have eggs! Then came backand said they have eggs and this is how all our 6 sandwiches were served. Literally burnt inedible. Due to the manager?sattitude didnt feel it would help to take them back. Worst Tim Hortons ever. Waited 25 minutes for ONE bagel with butter. I kept asking for it and they kept saying they?ll do it... right away. 25 minutes later, when I let them know I want a refund I cannot wait any longer as my work lunch break was ending,they finally made it. The guy who made it used the same gloves as the ones he wore to touch the pork sausage patty. With allthat pork grease and oil, he made my bagel. I am a Muslim and I expect my food to made without CROSS CONTAMINATION. I worked atTim Hortons before, and I know you are supposed to use specific TONGS to pick up sausage patty, not use your hands for all thegrease and cross contaminate any other foods.
