Place is a joke! Constantly running out of products. Order on the app and when you get there they don't have what you ordered... (something as simple as buns for a sandwhich). They give attitude when you want your money back, instead of settling forsomething of lesser value than what you ordered. It's dirty. The bathrooms are gross. They clean the hot table area where soupsare, and smoke out the whole restaurant with people inside trying to eat. They always mess up your orders, or they take yourorder and after 10 minutes of waiting they have to come ask you what you ordered.. like they can't look at the screen and seefor themselves. Would of instantly give no stars it that was an option. This location is all Indians and they don?t even greet customers. They... are rude and don?t give a dam about customers, they take orders after orders and you have to wait at least 10 minutes just for acup of coffee. Read more

I pre-ordered two dozen donuts for my child's school birthday party. When I arrived, not only were they not ready, I was told... that half my order still had to be baked but that it would only take "5 minutes" I waited 20 minutes and barley got to my son'sschool in time for the celebration. Ambience looks better than other franchises Especially comparing the narrow sit outs and dull looked walls
As a KCI student across this Tims, coming here during lunch can get really chaotic and busy.
