Its been a lot of time that I ordered a tea and they gave me coffee and I ordered toasted bagels they always burn it until its... uneatable. When I have to complain at the drive thru regarding this the person who take the order is so rude and never admitsthat they made something wrong. Mostly I visit here coz i work early mornings. why do you guys never have frozen lemonade at night? i always come here around 11pm-1am and they always say they don?t have... frozen lemonade. only iced capp as if that?s the same thing. please leave the frozen lemonade machine on. Read more

If it was possible to give this Tim Hortons location a zero star, I would. Horrible customer service every Sunday afternoon when... we go there after church? not only that, they always mess up the order. But the worst of it is how they gave us stale sandwichestoday. Highly disappointed!!!! Read more

Absolute horrible experience, after their intercom was static the person taking the orders told me to drive up to the window.... After that I was met by the manager who told me I had to go back in line through the drivethru because they can't input my orderfor some reason and if I don't like it go to another location. After closing the window on me for atleast 5 mins and carshonking their horns at me she opened it again just to yell the same thing "dont ever come back to this location" .. All I coulddo is smile and laugh at this unfathomable behaviour from a manager working for one of the biggest franchises in Canada. Wish Icaught this on camera, great example of workers who shouldn't deserve a penny more than minimal wage with how they treat theircustomers. Read more

I work right next door and usually come early morning Everyday, this location is just terrible, they are lucky they are the only... drive through Tim's in the area and it's literally the only reason I come here. Never gets the order right, rushing the drivethrough line making us wait in front for no reason, yelling and rudness are next level. About time they change staff. Read more
