Horrible service. If I could give a "0" star I would. When I placed my order there was no other customers there yet. I... ordered 1 med coffee, 1 tea and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. It took them 15 mins for my bagel!!!!! And that's becauseI kept asking them where it is. The 2 girls who were working were on their phones!!!!! Like what??? SUCH A BAD LOOK FOR SUCH AHUGE COMPANY!! I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO HEAD OFFICE. Read more

Greatest staff showing teamwork, fast and efficient, only if the rest of Tim hortons staff were like them. Try my best to visit... them than the other stores. Update, lost a star due to not accepting mobile orders 30 minutes before closing when app has optionfor prepping order immediately, lost out on discounted offers, not being cheap just lost your hopes, end up paying alot more forsomething not needed Read more
