If you have a choice, you should go here. You can get coffee and donuts anywhere, but here, you get friendly and helpful... employees who do their best to brighten your day with their smiles, and contagious sense of humour during every visit. I go hereto pick up orders for our training sessions and for my own coffee in the morning. When I have a large order, she offers to carryit to my car. Amazing customer service! Got here to try the hype of tim's as I've never had them. Got two donuts, a chicken ranch wrap and a habanero bowl. First the... crewller donut was not great, texture was on point but the taste was like a machine? The maple pecan donut I receive was as myexpectations so that's was fine. The chicken wrap I received was delicious and came in a cute container and adores thesnack. But meanwhile waiting for the wrap and bowl we were viewing their processing of how they handle food and as they werepreparing multiple things as once they had to get another order ready. I witness the drive thru employee attempt to help out andtouched(without gloves) a just toasted cibatta roll and place it for her coworker to finish as she was prepping and that wasfirst off not sanitary. She was the drive thru employee and didn't have gloves nor even attempted to clean her hands prior tooas she just touched her headset. So who knows what else she had touched prior to that poor roll for that customer to recieve,which thankfully I did not order. And also witnessed one of the sauces being refilled by a Lady with no gloves as well, which isfine but what I felt disgusted at was the fact she cleaned the bag of which the refill was in with no gloves and processed torub it on the. Container already filled bottle with no gloves. I've worked Ina. Kitchen before and this isn't okay at all. Thebowl thankfully was finished and just sitting on the counter as we were waiting for it to be delivered to us. But overall notsatisfied with Tim's. At least not this location. Read more
I have ordered s'mores donut. While eating this I have found plastic gloves in donut. Literally not recommended this place. What... if I eat plastic? It can cause health problems. Read more

I ordered chicken noodle soup and I didnt receive that, not sure what I received but it wasnt chicken noodle. They forgot to... send my 3 dounts with order. I ordered Mocha Iced-cap with whipped cream on it and i got too much whipped cream on it as you can see in picture. I go there... everyday early morning around 4am from my work. When i talked her about the whipped cream she told us that you didn?t pay 2months ago that is why she did. Like seriously ??? Guys if you are looking for iced-cap early morning don?t go there.
