Ordered the beef general thai mango and it was the worst food I have ever eaten. It was a mediocre taste with the beef looking... like nuggets that were just taken off the freezer and got sauted. Honestly the worst Thai Express experience I've had. I love eatting to Thai Express when I'm at a mall but this has to be by far... the worse experience. The pad thai had no flavour and was very watery. Pad thai is supposed to be a dry noodle. I went back tocomplain and they told me thats how pad thai is. I've had pad thai many times and this definitely isnt how its supposed to lookor taste. They would not offer to remake it properly or a refund.. horrible customer service. This is also the only thaiexpress that does not serve take out in the regular take out boxes. The owners instead deem to use cheaper styrofoam containers.I feel like a lot of corners are probably cut at this store. Thai Express corporate better take a look at this store and getthem back into shape. They are definitely ruining your reputation. Read more

The Thai Iced Tea is a knock off of genuine Thai Iced Tea. Very flavorless... just water and some coconut. Has an odd after... taste as well. Ordered Pad See Ew with extra protein, shrimp. The cost was for $5.00 for extra shrimp. Cashier ( a man) said Iwould get 6 large Tiger Shrimps. Shrimp were the size of a loonie, not worth it AT ALL, and I only got 4. Also got less than1/4 a cup of chicken to accompany almost 3 cups of noodles. Needless to say. I do not recommend and won't be back. Read more

Worst pad see ew I've EVER had. $10 for a few slivers of tofu, scraps of gai lan and a pile of oily flavourless noodles (asked... for medium). Was rushed by the staff to choose, although there are no people in the mall due to the lockdown. Would give nostars if possible. Read more

Too poor quality of Tom Yum Soup: Their imagery is totally misleading There was not a single coriander leave & neither any... tomato which is shown in their Pictures to falsely attract the customers. All you will get is 4-5 strands of julienned carrot, a quarter tea-spoon ( or maybe even less than that) of green onions, 5-6 bean sprouts, less than one spoonful of chicken andrest is all the carbohydrate noodles & water in a meal portion that costs $10.97! And almost same story for Pad Thai - anothermeal we got: basically just boiled noodles with as little as possible smattering of the vegetables they shown the pictures ! Farfrom being a healthy option, instead you end up feeling grossly cheated; Frankly they don't deserve any star and need to beinvestigated for cheating the customers so un-abashedly! Read more

This is the worst Thai express. Avoid at all costs!!! First of of all the guy was rubbing his nose a whole bunch of times... without gloves and then back to the wok and touching the food. The pad Thai was soaked in sauce almost like a soup and thegeneral Thai beef was disgusting it was so dry and the battered beef was hard. It tasted so old. Will never return here. Read more

For fast food, I find Thai Express usually hits the spot. The server who took my order seemed relatively disinterested but the... man who gave me my food was much more invested and friendlier. When on the move and you don't have time for "proper" Thai, thiswill do in a pinch. Read more
