The take-out order was fine, and the service was prompt! Thank you, Swiss Chalet!

The food was great as always. But we found this location to be understaffed for a Saturday. Our waiter was very nice, polite,... helpful, energetic and cheery. Every time she would come by she would check on us and offer further help. Bit the food took along time to arrive. It looked like for a relatively busy time of the week they need another waiter or two. Read more

Absolutely loved the service we received at this location. Cheryl and Sara were such a joy to talk to and they provided... excellent recommendations whilst ensuring our table had everything we needed. Would definitely dine in again! Read more

Once again we had Hongya as our server. She was very attentive and helpful as we were dining with our two grandchildren, one of... whom was celebrating her birthday. The ice cream sundae came with a birthday candle. Our meal was served promptly. Read more

This Swiss Chalet has a reliable pick-up service desk, not sure I can say the same for the dine-in service. They've cut back on... a few servers so you'll need to wait a bit if you can. They do enforce the QR code scanning and checking ID/Proof of Vaccinationthat I appreciate. The restaurant was well labelled for spaced-out dining seating and protocols. The parking is at the back ofthe Swiss Chalet and there's a dedicated narrow hallway that you can walk through to get to the front of the restaurant. Thefront of the restaurant is located on the Dundas St. side of the building. They've trimmed down their menu to either chicken orribs and fewer beef options or stir-fry/noodle/rice dishes are there. At least their rotisserie chicken is still consistent fromdine-in to take-out. For take-out, their Family Pak is the best deal if you're used to ordering separate quarter chicken dinners(works out to be 3 paid quarter chicken meals + 1 for free for the math at $29.99 for the combo). Food comes in a nicely packedpaper bag and has a lot of salad to go (which seems more than dine-in). Chicken carries well and is still moist when we get ithome. Also, sometimes a hit-or-miss with the pickup when ordering online as you still have to go and get "checked-in".Otherwise, this location has a good pickup counter service! Read more

It?s time to feast on delicious chicken, sauce and fries from Swiss Chalet! Two friends invited me for my birthday lunch. Why... put any resistance? The current promotion is 2 can dine for $15.99 which includes 2 quarter (dark meat) dinners; white meatextra charge. Service was friendly and excellent! The meal was delicious as expected! Read more
