I wish that there was a minus 1 rating. This restaurant had the worst customer service ever. I ordered a flat bread sandwich. ... First of all, the lady assumed that I wanted certain toppings and started throwing them on my Flatbread. I corrected her withmy choice of toppings. Upon completion of my order, she just walked away and went into the kitchen. I stood there awaitingfor a copy of my receipt and had to start calling for someone as they were all in the kitchen. No too fresh , i have tried this branch many time as its near my apt, please keep fresh and welcome well. I went in the evening of April 5 2022. There were 2 guests in front of me. The first had a larger, specific order and it was... made to her request. The next customer wanted a wrap, but how he was asking for topping requests, I could tell he was beingdifficult. He eventually left with no wrap out of frustration due to the look of the wrap after it was put together. The personworking followed all protocols and informed that was how the wrap will look following said protocols. He was doing a great jobin the matter. Excellent sandwich btw. Read more

The saddest sandwich I've ever had. Came here for a quick dinner for the family. They didn't have enough meatballs for two subs.... The meatballs that were left look dried out and not appealing. The bread was dry and breaking apart while the person there wasputting it together. On my wife's sub I asked for regular mayo and the person grabbed the light mayo, before he could put any Icorrected him and the worker told me that they were the same and he continued to put the light mayo on the sub. This location is the reason why I go to subway maybe once or twice a year. After today never again. Read more
This is a pleasant place to eat. Clean restaurant and employees are friendly to everyone, they say hi and give a subtle welcome.... Even with many people ordering they handle it well. I go there often enough that they know how I like my sandwich, and all Ihave to do is say "yes, that's it". I usually see one of the workers Karen and he has always been friendly to everyone and getsto know the regulars. In my experience it has been positive. Read more
