I order 2 ice and 1 hot pumpkin spice late, I think they made 3 hot by mistake, but instead of making it again they just add a... couple of ice in the hot to make it an ice latte!! you can't turn a hot latte into ice w/o using a lot ice and diluting thetaste that's if you have enough space which there isn't in a venti cup. I got the delivery and both the ice latte were warm/hotto the taste and I paid 9$ each for them totally unacceptable. I would never order from this location again. ik mistake happensbut no matter how bz you are you have to remake the drinks that people paid good money for. Read more

The customer service was nice and friendly. They could have been faster but they had five people waiting for coffee. I believe... that most of them use the app to order. The coffee was hot and fresh. They could have been more careful putting the coffee lidon because they didn't seal it properly there was coffee coming out of the lid. The building was clean for the most part. Read more
The staff here are very friendly and young. They are very professional and quick to complete orders. There is ample seating and... large work spaces at this location but the parking in front is very limited and mainly taken up by the paint store next door. Read more
Saturday afternoon. Baristas can?t keep up with orders. Rude to customers. Not calling out names on mobile orders. Waited ages... for an order that was made and sitting behind the baristas counter. Unimpressed. Avoiding this location in the future. Read more
