Terrible what happened, just got in to get a cup of water, just now , Wednesday October 12, at 7:20 pm The guy who first talked... to me very nice and polite asked me what I wanted , I just wanted a cup of water. Then asked to use the washroom, and Irequested the code, and basically I will get it if I buy something. The lady who was counting money I will assume she was somekind of manager or supervisor, was absolutely rude, impolite and zero customer services skills Since when I am not consider acustomer just by asking for water. Very rude , lack of professionalism, and sorry for Starbucks, basically I had to buysomething, to use the washroom, this never happened me considering I use Starbucks maybe every other day for work and personalreason Read more
If you order mobile order ?too early? and someone steals it, you?re going to lectured by their rude manager. They allow drinks... to be stolen, and gaslights the person who orders it early. Wasn?t aware there was a time limit, people can?t run late to pickup their drinks? Sorry I?m pretty sure this is against company protocols but it?s just ridiculous how the manager shifted theblame lol. I?m writing this review on behalf of my friend who?s too nice to write this, and wonders if the manager had a badday lol. The barista named Justine was very accommodating. I was walking my dog near the area and it got so hot so I decided to buy a... lemonade. As dogs are not allowed, the manager politely asked me to wait outside for my order, which is fine since it's theirpolicy. But Justine even brought my order outside along with a cup of water for my dog. She also apologized that we had to stayoutside. Bless her soul and I hope customer service job dont let her kindness away. Read more

This is a fantastic Starbucks. 5 person COVID limit. Quick service, accurate orders. Never had an issue. Started coming here... because the one in etobicoke on Royal York would get my order wrong 75% of the time. This is easily worth the extra 4minutedrive. I will be frequenting this location from now on. Read more
