This location needs much more training. Terrible experience today with the short-haired barista cashing me out. She was not... listening to me at all even though I repeated several times that I wanted to reload my card, yet she said I didn't tell her andmade it seem like it was my fault. For some reason she thought I was re-loading my Starbuck card, yet using my debit card topay for the remaining balance on my drink. How does that make any sense??? I had no idea what was going on during mytransaction. Never has there been this much confusion for something I do on a regular basis at Starbucks. I kept asking at theend if I should tap my debit card yet. She said finally, "well, you have to pay for your drink". I was also in line for a halfhour. I know Starbucks gets busy, but the line was extremely long and inefficient because she kept going to the back for longperiods of time to chat. I've waited in lines like this before, but they have always moved relatively fast. Normally it'swaiting for my drink that takes longest, but not in this instance. My boyfriend was so frustrated with the barista that hedidn't bother ordering a drink. He later found out that everyone was new, just hired 2 weeks ago. Yikes; I only saw 3 people (maybe 4) baristas; 1 at cash, 1 cold, and 1 at hot stations (maybe a floater? Hard to tell) Anyway... ended up waiting 1hr 10ish-20mins to be served; this was a problem for me only because my blood sugar dropped while I was about3/4ths through the line and I almost passed out and didnt want to leave to go elsewhere cause everywhere had lines and this wasactually the shortest. The barista at cash was very nice and I even got my order promptly once I made it through the line. Butas a partner from another location up north, this would not have flown; it'd be a all hands on deck situation. I'm not sure ifthe Manager or Owner were just negligent with handling a busy weekend like this one but you could have done better. Read more
Ordered a frappacino and a hot beverage. The hot beverage was served first. I watched as they put my frappacino cup to the side... and continue with the rest of the hot beverage orders. After watching 5 orders be filled I had to ask them to make my drink. The3 baristas making drinks looked at eachother like none of them wanted to make it. When I finally got my beverage it was white?? Not even a hint of caramel in it and I had to ask them to remake the drink. Unorganized and maybe not well trained. Read more
The main issue with this location is that there is always just one person working. The owners have no regard for the long... lineups waiting. Also lots of pressure on just one person working. And they also make up their own hours so it?s pretty much agamble to see if they?re open or not. Read more
