i ordered 10:20-10:28am today... I ordered a grande caramel crumble w. oatmilk, no whip.. I received my drink not filled to the... rim, with so much caramel drizzle it was so overwhelmingly sweet. I went back to let them know cuz I couldn't consume how sweetit was and the cashier (an older lady) told me, "well u got oatmilk so its sweet already ill add more milk". If u know oatmilkis sweet, why would u add more sweet onto the bevarage? i threw 8 dollars away.. I'm already overwhelmed with school and thebarista's attitude just threw me off. The staff is sometimes rude here, I mean they are not in a bad mood but they see you struggling with full hands and get mad and... answer rude if you ask for a paper bag. The service is not bad, but compared with the other starbucks stores I have been to ispoor. I always go away feeling like I am bothering the staff (And I swear I don't, I just ask for a paper bag) Also the factthat you can't collect stars for the rewards programm just by scanning is sad :( Read more
Worst starbucks ever. NEVER opens on time (says 7h30 but opens after 8am). Always short staffed, employees probably being... working there for to long and are bitter and rude. Read more
I absolutely love this Starbucks. Everyone is so friendly and they always know how to provide wonderful and friendly service.... They're all full of smiles and it's my favourite part of my day to visit them not once, but twice a day :)! Although there areonly a few people working, I'm always so impressed by how well they manage the line and take care of their customers. Aftercoming a few times, they already know my order but sometimes I like to switch it up which catches them by surprise :D! I lovetalking to them at the register and ask them how their day is going. I also frequently love ordering on the boost app becausethey always know it's me, it's like I'm telling them I'm on my way, and I'll definitely miss it when I move out of residence.Their environment is so kind and uplifting to the point where I've always considered working there (but can't with my schoolload), and I find that it's such a safe space whenever I see them. probably one of the most busiest Starbucks' I've ever been to and I absolutely applaud the baristas for being able to put up... with rushes of stressed out students. unfortunately they don't follow the star program but tbh that probably would increasewait times because they'd have to deal with mobile orders. if you live on res it's covered by your meal plan which se baristasare very friendly, if you just treat them with the bare minimum level of respect you'll be fine!
