Service was good. Food was great. It was good to see different optios of pasta. The venue has a retro look, which is cozy.
Food was ok. Had the seafood pasta.. was clearly just frozen seafood.. the squid was like rubber. I could've made something... better at home. Service... it was like the waitresses first night. Brutal. She took our order & as we hand her the menus shewalks away without taking the menus. My friend asked for a tea.. the waitress says "ok" - 5 mins later comes back to our tableto ask , "what kind of tea would you like?" I was embarrassed for them. Won't be returning. Read more
I can’t comment on the food… but we were just walking around for the Kingsway festival and my 6 year old really had to use... the bathroom quickly. Place was empty (it was 4pm). Got the “paying customers only”… which I would understand if i had touse the bathroom…. but cmon…. He’s 6! Anyways… u lost a future customer….on the bright side the fish and chips placefew doors down was welcoming and did not care if we were paying or not and saw my son really needed to pee! Read more
I've been to thos restaurant before covid a couple of times. Food was not great, its always been ok. I went yesterday almost... dreading going in but I had accepted the invitation. I noticed the seating had changed. Less tables and more space for customersto sit and enjoy their meal. This is a plus for me. Before I felt like I had to squeeze into a table and chair. I lookedthrough the menu and nothing was appealing to me but I decided on the linguini pescatore and it was delicious! I willdefinitely come back for this dish. The shrimp was a bit over cooked and the plate was a bit spicey, which I didn't expect. Itwas still very flavorful and delicious! My friend had the lasagna and he enjoyed it and said it was good! The service was goodand everyone was friendly. I noticed there's new owners and this could be why the food is better. If you've been there beforeand wasn't a fan of the food I recommend you go back and give it another chance. Read more
We were just crossing by and sat here, good food , excellent service . Our server Kevan was courteous, he helped us decide what... to order , tiramisu in end was very delicious . I gave 4stars because I feel Serve size was too small . Read more
We had a wonderful dining dinner my friend and I on a quiet n comfortable neighborhood , Finally patios are open, the sunny... days are here and of course have to eat outside. The service was great, good presentation the taste is amazing , they offersome bread with butter and olive oil with balsamic vinegar wow delicious!!!! I ordered fettuccine with shrimp and mushrooms Iloooooved exactly the flavor i had in mind, and my friend ordered pasta carbonara really creamy she liked to have w in thislovely Italian restaurant. Food was edible but mediocre. Duck pasta was disgusting, however, even a dog wouldn't eat it. All Kitchen staff did not wear... their masks while preparing food, and ate while working, touching their mouths and potentially contaminating dishes. During aglobal pandemic with multiple deadly variants every few months, I did not feel safe dining here. An outbreak waiting to happen. Will not be returning, and have told all contacts to avoid this place like the literal plague it is ignoring. Read more
