They don?t customize orders even if it?s simple like put your mango chunks on top. Four stars for me

Complaint : We went to buy 6 small mango diamond slushies / juices and i special said no ice but they started fighting and when... i asked to make again she yelled at me and my kids. She was Chinese lady I don't have receipts but I need my money back. My kidsare sick and did not go to school today and i have to take day off today all is now due to that cold chilly mango juice given bythe lady forcefully to ne as they take money before they make it so i could not say anything. She was already yelling on me andscreaming in front of all the customers in the mall. So embarrassing as well. Than she threw something hardly on the floor toshow me anger and attitude. Bubble tea at its finest! First I was big into the mango diamond slush yers ago, now I can?t stop drinking the coconut milk tea,... sans the tapioca (yes, I?m one of those people that isn?t a fan of the tapioca pearls). The fruit drinks are made fresh, rightin front of you, so you know you?re getting the real stuff. They have a variety of beverages available in hot or cold, from milkteas to smoothies, fruit juices and slushes. You really can?t go wrong with any choice you make. I wanted to try the homemade tapioca but they didn?t have any at this location. The drinks were delicious!

This location has a shorter wait time compared to the one in Albion mall. I ordered a large watermelon fruit slush from here... before it was quite watery. Might have been better if I added another fruit. The mango diamond smoothie is always the best ifyou are looking for a thick consistency. Read more

Great bubble tea, and yes, real fruit. They're awesome! You have the option of adding whey protein too if you're into that... health stuff. I got a regular size mango diamond slush for $5.99. Which was amazing, if you like mango definitley give it a try. Read more
