The food is incredibly tasty, with my personal favourite being the chicken Pad Thai. Portion sizes are very filling, and prices... are quite cheap (especially for the lunch specials). The owner/chef is very friendly. Read more

Very meh. Masaman just a bunch of uncooked potatoes and not worth trying. Other curries not too bad but also not great and... pretty watery/cheaply made. Read more

I can?t stress enough how good the food is here . The price is great, the portions are great, and the taste is the best part.... PLUS you?re supporting the locals! I would never want ranu to close down because finding quality Thai food like this is rare. Weneeded up ordering the green curry with chicken and another with beef (the chicken is the winner) , panan curry with chicken,and the basil fried rice with seafood! Was so good ! Read more

having been to Thailand and experienced the food all over. I have to say this restaurant really tastes authentic. we ordered the... masaman chicken curry which was so flavorful, mango salad (papaya is thr authentic) which also was by far the best mango saladI've had in toronto and the spice level was perfect as well as acidity. thr pad thai up there in my top 3. none of the food wasdisappointing even considering covid slowness food was still fresh and hot. What a great find for Thai cuisine. Truly one of the best on the west end of the city. Ordered the Panang curry and the street... style holy basil chicken with fried egg. Both had the perfect level of spice to it and tasted great. However. The holy basilchicken was the standout one. It had a unique flavour making it taste truly a street style dish. Read more

My new go to Thai place in the area. Very reasonably priced. Not knowing how small it was we went to dine in.... It's more of a... take out place. The restaurant is very hole in the wall type feel and only had 2 tables. The service was friendly and prettyquick to get food to the table. The food was tasty with a good level of heat. Read more
