I mean it deserves a better review the one in Ottawa is amazing
I know I know ... mall food can't be great and you're right. What I hope would be decent turned out to be a watery mess and they... clearly are a miss on the communication, but I've learned my lesson. So Presotea is attached to the Yogen Fruz that is near theSport Chek hallway. This night, line up was confusing and confused. The 3 staff couldn't handle the constant churn of people notknowing where to line up for frozen yogurt or bubble tea. It's two separate lines so if you want both ... you've got to line upseparately. Terrible idea. It's a typical mall counter set up... it was relatively clean but they were getting messier witheach order as they're not keeping up. There is mall table seating nearby in the middle of the hallway so you could relax andpeople watch. But it's not the nicest hallways compared to the new big , sunny, and open new wing. Service is ok but they don'tknow how to communicate. I ordered a panda milk tea and no, it's not panda flavoured but the bubbles are supposed to be whiteand black. Well, they ran out of white without telling me and just gave me only black. They really need to tell the customerthey're out of something ... it's like giving someone a BLT sandwich without the bacon. Panda (black bear) milk tea - I shakemy head ... I really think it's just normal Black milk tea but I'm gonna call it black bear because they only gave black pearl.It's supposed to have white and black bubbles. What makes the white bubbles so special? I dunno ... they couldn't tell me. Thiswas really watery and light on flavour too. The only redeeming thing was the bubbles. It was well cooked and chewy in a goodway. 2/5 Taro milk tea - your typical powder taro purple drink. Sweet (even when asked less sweet), and having the artificialbold taro favour. It wasn't terrible but definitely not good. It was missing the tea flavour completely. Bubbles are goodthough. 3/5 So lesson learned ... no bubble tea in Sherway. Just get a Starbucks drink instead.
