Friendly staff the tables were a bit dirty but nothing unreasonable. The location had parking options and is near public... transport. Popeyes is always a good option when you're in the mood for chicken. The price is good for what you get. The food, atleast at this location is in my opinion better than any alternative fast food chicken. Read more

Incredibly poor service times. Placed a mobile order at 8:16 pm. Reachedbthe restaurant at 8:25pm. Finally recieved my order at... 9:19pm. It should not take 1 hour to make 2 burgers and 3 pieces of chicken. As someone who has worked at fast food restaurants,I can say that it wasn't even busy. I ordered 3 order of 3 piece chicken. I bought on my way from work to home for family. I waited 13 minutes as it was cooking.... Chicken was full of salt, I eat more salt then usual people. But when I started eating I couldn?t. I spit out. I was verydisappointed. I called to this store to explain what happened. I was not looking for free meals. But, quality is not good. This is the slooooowest Popeyes I've been to. I've been to this location many times since I love in the area. Over the past... year, 9 out of 10 times I had to wait for my order for over 15 minutes. There are 2 staff (including the store manager) waitingby the food counter doing nothing to help with the back order. And this does not seem to improve at all. Read more

Placed an order on the app for pickup 15min from ordering. Arrived 5 minutes later than supposed ready time. Waited for 15... minutes before I got impatient and talked to the staff, only to find that the order was not even on the board. Was told it'dtake 10 minutes. 20 minutes later saw a fresh batch of chicken out but no sign of my order being packed. Talked to staff again,only then did my order get packed. I understand it can get busy, but this was very poor order management when I had tointervene twice, and a final tally of 40 minutes after ready time. Read more

This is the first time I've been to a Popeyes. The location is good. There is some facility parking and side street spots... available. The interior is warm and welcoming. The franchise has put effort I to their layout and design. The food is tasty.Speaking with the owners there are two batters. So if you're ordering a variety of items some will taste a certain way. This isnice in case you get flavour fatigue. The cajin fries are amazing! The spices have a little kick and extremely flavourful. Thereare a few sauce choices. I tried the blackened ranch and it's as delicious as it sounds. Will be back to same the rest of theemenu. Read more
