This was my worst experience ever at a Popeyes. The lady taking my order never asked for my sides. the fries were just thrown... in the bag, the blackened chicken burger was a deluxe when I ordered the regular and the ladies behind the counter seemed moreinterested in chatting when there were no customers rather than cleaning up the tables. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was not bad otherwise, the customer service was not good. I also ordered... through pick up online because I have work and I am on break. I came 15 minutes after ordering and it was not even ready.Believe it or not, I waited 35 minutes for the order in the restaurant. Great and friendly staff. Food is usually fresh and tasty. The staff tend to move the line fairly quickly. Would definitely... recommend this location over the one at Albion mall. Keep up the good service people!!! Read more

Horrible staff. I came here around midnight seeing the "open now" sign on the side. However the staff were cleaning. I asked and... they said they are closed. Now I respect that but when I politely pointed out that their sign is ON and they might want to shutit down. The ladies told me "Do we look like open?" and started talking among them self in non-english and laughing. Now I amall fine with jokes but I was just telling them to shut the "Open" sign off so that people like me don't drive there. What waswrong with that? Read more

Today, I visited the popeyes at islington and had a great experience. The whole staff is so friendly. I ordered a sandwich combo... for dine in. Manager Shaista gave me all fresh food. I was so hungry. It was all worth it. Thank you Team:)???? Read more

It was really great customer service by Pooja. We live in Brampton and it was on the way visit to this location to pick food for... our family. The quality of food was good and Pooja helped to choose combo accurately for family. She also made it amazingexperience by listening our choice of no wings and even put extra leg prices instead.
