Was parked in Popeyes parking lot waiting for a friend to go in and have lunch. The owner came out and asked me to leave the... parking lot, I told him same as above. He told me if I don't leave within 10 minutes he would write me a ticket. I told him togo ahead. He came out 3-4 minutes later and TOLD me to leave. The girl behind the counter is evidently sick. No gloves, coughing. She coughed right into the chicken, didn't cover her mouth.... Only until guests standing there called her out on it. She tried to lie and say she coughed into her sleeve, but with 3 eyewitnesses. She only then said she would remake the chicken. Absolutely disgusting. No gloves on either. Read more

Avoid this place like the plague, The absolute nastiest Popeyes I have been to hands down. There is not one ounce of effort put... in here, the kitchen is always covered in food debris even at open, the employees take at least 20 min for your order even ifits something as light as a order of fries, nobody shows up on time, if this is the case the restaurant is being run by someonewith no experience on fryers which eliminates almost the entire menu for the early lunch goers. There's something very off about the food here. Whenever I order (which is not very often) it ends up smelling like sea food.... It's like they're not changing the oil often or mixing the sea food batches with the regular chicken. The fries are drier thanthe Sahara desert, beyond the point of edible. Even the side dishes (mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese etc) taste off; stale, leftout overnight. They're very quick I'll give them that! but perhaps is that speed now sacrificing the taste and quality of thefood? Would love to see some balance between the two. First I sent my friend I had to work she had her baby. So she told me she had really rude unprofessional service. Second You... guys only serve Cajun gravy, if someone isn't into that offer to put it on the side. I didn't eat the potatoes. It's not Cajunit bad flavor. Third. The fountain beverages taste like the machine has never been thoroughly cleaned. I've worked in quite afew restaurants. I corrected managers and owners on this plenty of times in my life before doing what I currently do. Lastlyoffer some butter or something. Ask about condiments especially if your guna charge for freaking ranch. Butter should be freeone per biscuit. I'm not broke in any way shape or form it's about the principle and the service.
