I was very impressed with how fast they made my order on a very busy Friday evening. The food was even better than I expected,... especially the Arancini which were delicious! They offer a ton of fresh vegetarian topping options like artichokes, freshbasil, spicy potatoes etc. There was a mistake with my order but i didnt notice until i got to work. I called the shop andthey were very apologetic and even offered to deliver me the right pizza to my workplace for free of charge. I used to orderfrom Pizzaiolo in Markland Woods plaza but the owners are extremely rude, slow, don?t apologize for mistakes and just generallyhave a horrible attitude. Ive had multiple issues ordering from the pizzaiolo store even though I ordered a pizza at least 2x aweek. This will 100% be my new go to spot & I suggest everyone in the area try it. 10/10. Yummy yummy yummy. We ordered their large 5 topping pizza. Unlike most places they actually put in good portion of toppings and... it tastes very good. Great value for money, great tasting food. Would highly recommend. You can customize the toppings as wellas cheese which made me even happier. Edit: changing my original rating to two star because in the past couple of months theyhave deteriorated horribly. Their customer service at Dundas St E is terrible now. Spoke to an Indian Women on the night of Jan26, 2022 she needs to be retrained on how to behave with customers. I was recommending pizzaville to everyone, not nowanymore. This same brunch messed up my order thrice - two times they gave me less number of toppings than what I paid for, andonce the pizza they made was inedible. A great place to have pizza. Friendly staff that notice you from the moment you enter, and know you if you are there more than... once. It feels like a family pizza shop on the block. The pizza is great, the food is always plenty, and not a single shred ofremorse when you have it. Try the panzerotti if you have not, it is a true Italian recepie. And you would go back for thepanzerotti instead of pizza next time. Read more
It?s OK! I had the 3 Topping Large pizza walk-in special for $9.99. Good choice of toppings, and I liked that you could add... green chilli as a free topping; it added a nice spicy heat. The guys were friendly. Read more
Normally the pizzas are very good however the last order skimped out on the toppings and the cheese. Therefore not much flavour.... I contacted customer service the following day and their response was, ?there?s nothing we can do since you didn?t call on theday the pizza was ordered.?
