I recently visited and ordered a large pizza with my two daughters. The price of the pizza is deserving as the pizza was well... prepared and toppings tasted very good. First thing I noticed the dining area is clean and well lit despite of the cloudy rainyweather. I highly recommend this to friends and family. Steer clear of this location at all costs! Gone seriously downhill. I paid $30 for a large round pizza and got undercooked raw... toppings. Disgraceful customer service and unskilled "chef". Lady who made my pizza argued with me about the potatoes on mypizza that were still raw and hard being cooked properly because the pizza would've burned if it was baked any longer. A properpizzeria would've cooked the potatoes first and then baked in the pizza with olive oil. Same as the bacon...they leave it hardlycooked on the pizza, never crispy because they are too lazy to make it right and cook the bacon a bit first. She kept goingwith unacceptable excuses but the lesson is, this location doesn't cook properly or provide proper customer service when thingsgo wrong. Save your business for another location. Staff sitting around playing on his phone while the tables are filthy, a slice that was in the oven for all of 45 seconds -... yeah....it was cold. And a debit machine that begs for tips. Come on....just charge the price you need to cover your costs andpay your staff decently....the constant begging for a tip is annoying. Someone took a slice from the display, put in the oven,cuts it and then hands it to me.....and you're seriously asking for a tip? For what? Bought the pizza literally in the last hour. And boy the standards have fell miserably ! I always eat pizzaiolo pizzas and the... pizza I got today was horrible! It was so thin which isn?t usually the case ! The base is never this thin. Plus lousy, unevencut pieces and so much oil ???? The guy making the pizza definitely needs to do better! Never had this horrible experience atany Pizzaiolo outlet. Wasted my money. Read more
