Worst experience ever had at pizza pizza. The guy working at front desk on Nov 1st, 6:30pm was very rude. When I asked for... something which was not there, instead of apologizing he said "what you gonna do about that?!!" What kind of behavior is this!!Shame on you @owner for hiring such cheap people. Washroom was very dirty and unhygienic. Cannot stay at this place even fora second!!! Read more
Guy at the front desk working on 1st Nov around 6.30 pm was very rude, went to use washroom before ordering, and he rudely... denied me from entering there even though my friend was at the front ready to order. I had an argument with him, he continuedbeing rude. We left without ordering. Worst experience ever. I hope this location improves or just closes down. Read more
The store is clean and the staff serving us is so friendly
I order thick crust pizza and never got thick crust. Ordered 7 times and gotten replacements that weren?t thick crust either.... Manager tells me they got a new conveyer belt oven and doesn?t cook it that way. I escalate to Regional operations manager andthey told me the same thing. They then tell me I?d need to order from a different store and pick it up myself. Looks like Ican?t order for delivery ever again because it?s based on proximity of the store. I ordered one day from a different store thathad the old style oven and the pizza came out much better. Read more
