I have been vegan for 8 years. I order from my local pizza Nova and the pizza Nova by my grandmother's house multiple times per... month. I have never had an issue with the DAIYA cheese on the pizza at any point in time from either of those two locations. Forsome reason at THIS location they don't seem to have the same respect or understanding for people with dietary restrictions orlifestyles. My original panzerotto arrived and when I took a bite not only did I smell mozzarella cheese but I also tasted it.As an Italian person who grew up eating it multiple times per week, raw as well as in pastas and on pizza, I know what it looksand taste like and perhaps it was only 5% mozzarella, but there was absolutely dairy cheese in my Panzo. The only alternative isthat the daiya they are using is spoiled or gone rancid, either way it tasted disgusting and I advised them to replace thecheese before replacing my order, which they must not have done because the replacement went into the trash as well because ittasted exactly the same. I don't appreciate being told that the reason my pizza tastes this way is because it's likely the firsttime I've ever tasted non-dairy cheese. I KNOW what my food should taste like and the way it tasted today both times is far fromthat. No one from my office will ever be ordering lunch from your facility again and I hope people reading this review will takethat into consideration and choose a different location or alternate pizza restaurant to order their pizza from. Got takeout. Employee that served me was rude for absolutely no reason. Pizza was not cooked fully. Chicken bites had barely any... sauce on them. Won't be returning. Read more
Great location, always consistent. Fresh and fast delivery! I love how they sell the Hot Italian peppers and always get my fave... pizza order right - anchovies, pineapple with extra cheese, chili flakes and sauce! Read more
Spacious but quite busy around lunchtime because of the students that drop by. Sometimes it gets really crowded because they're... with their friends. There's maybe 25 seats available. Security checks on this location frequently. Otherwise, pizza tastesconsistent across the pizza nova chain. Read more
Worst pizza experience. Unfriendly staff that were quick to be snarky, arrogant and resistant. Couldn't get the pizza I wanted... the way I wanted it, and was met with aggression wen I requested my pizza well done and crispy. I do not suggest eating here asnot only will you have a hard time communicating with the staff, but you will be unable to get a decent pizza the way yourequest it. I'd give hem a zero if I could. Ordered through App, 20 minutes til ready App said ? got to location 10 minutes later to pay. Went back to pick up 15 minutes... later to be told not ready. They didn?t start making it until I paid. When I asked the gentleman that handed me my order aboutit,the cashier says ?I TOLD YOU? One says they never received order while the other one is telling me the printer was down. 35minutes to PICK UP a pizza. Other places DELIVER faster. There are lots of pizza places to go to, this is not one of them. Read more
