They don't answer the phone so ordering is impossible. I had to drive over to place order. And they told me the phones 'are... down'. I ask how are all these orders ready for pick up then. He said, we'll I don't know. Hate it when people just lie aboutstuff. Don't care how good the food is, or is not, I won't order or eat at this chain again. And....let's be honest, I'm surethey don't care. Read more

We visited the place couple of days ago after reading the good reviews. I had high hopes but it was not up to my expectations.... We ordered a Thai red curry. They had given us rice/salad/curry. The salad was good but the Thai red curry wasn't not good.Wehad ordered the beef version(with other vegetables and tofu).It had less of beef and more of tofu and it was not good. It costedabout $15.50 approx, but it was more of a $10 dollar meal.If you are going there try something else. Read more

This is my home address. I eat here about 10 times per month. The broth arrives hot, the bowl is full of meaty ingredients and... not just a heavy amount of noodles (which it also does). Try the deep fried banana dessert. The ONLY reason this isn't my number1 is because the other place is open 24hours. I love the service at Pho House. they are prompt and super friendly. Highlyrecommended but remember that it's MY place and I don't need a roommate, thank you ???? Read more

Excellent Pho! I'm all Pho this. We ordered a shrimp one and it was very good, would also highly recommend the starters, we had... bang bang shrimp (which was okay), spring rolls, really nice, and the deep fried squid. You do need some deep fried goodness toaccompany the Pho. Read more

My girlfriend and I... visited for lunch on January 4th, 2022 just before Ontario shuts down dine-in and I wanted to share my lunch experience withyou below: Location/ Business amenities: 1 out of 1 star This restaurant is very easy to get too considering it?s closeproximity to Kipling station and Dundas street. The only catch is it shares the parking lot with other notable businessesincluding a Shoppers Drug Mart. It can get a little busy during rush hour however let?s not lose sight of the fact that parkingis free and the restaurant is easily accessible. They also offer a 10% off on take-out for orders above $25 before taxes. Incash! :) This is if the restaurant is busy and you aren?t feeling the wait. This restaurant is also listed on major appsincluding UBER EATS. Staffing: 1 out of 1 star Upon entry you?re instantly greeted by a head host. They give you plenty ofdining options including dine-in. take-out, delivery or pick up later in the evening. We opted for dine-in as the restaurant hadfew guests and this will be our last chance before shutdowns. Plus we were craving fresh Pho. Service: 1 out of 1 star Fromthe moment we sat down and ordered our drinks we waited very little for our food. The service was great and well paced. Thetable had all of our condiments and eating utensils. Tables were clean and sanitized as staff cleans after every guestleaves. Food: 1 out of 1 star The food arrived hot and fresh. We ordered the Cripsy Chicken Spring rolls for appetizers, PhoHouse Special Rice Noodle Soup as our main and shared a delicious Sweet & Sour Chicken with steamed rice.
