Nice banquet hall. Not sure if they provide food. Attended a marriage few days back. Food was not that great

Attended a wedding reception on Oct 16 and my family and many families ended up with stomach flu the following day.... :(

Stunning banquet hall for any event really. We were there for a friend's engagement party and I was impressed by the atmosphere... and decor. Great Banquet Hall. Had tons of space in the main room and all the decor is updated

Mirage banquet is good place for parties. Spacious and also very clean. Good food and sound system was also good.

GREAT FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE BUT When your guests had to leave hall main course not being served, how can I give more than 1*. We... booked Hall A for our son?s christening party in June 2022. I had paid 25% of total package as advance, gave my Id and signedcontract with this owner more than a month ago. On the party day I went to meet the owner with my uncle to hand over alcoholpermit and bottles, he said the rest of account will be settled at the END of the party. The party started at 7pm, snacksserved, people were in queue when they placed main course items on table. But staff were not serving them. When some parentswere badly looking for food for their kids, they came to me and asked for main course. I went to talk to staff and they said Ihave to make balance payment to begin main course. I ran to see the owner, then he said he had told me to make all paymentsbefore starting the party. The owner was lying because I later confirmed with my uncle what he told in the early meeting. Restof the bad experience, 1. The owner insisted 2 bar attenders ($200 per head). For us, one was enough. 2. Owner will not allowoutside sound system even though you have your own DJ. Our DJ team had to use their own system because of poor performance ofhall sound system. I had to pay the owner $400 for their bad system. 3. DJ had difficulty in getting hall wifi 4. The ownershowed supervisor Maria but she never came to me even when they refused to serve main course to guests. 5. The owner insistedfor security $180. The security guy was smoking at the entrance door while guest were coming in. 6. Some of our guest (oldpeople) had to leave hall without main course (9:30pm) as the staff never begun serving food. 7. The owner didn?t give mereceipt after full payment, which he promised in the early meet. My experience: the owner is eagerly waiting on your money notcaring about giving you a good service. Honestly a terrible venue to work with. I had asked the owner for the wifi passwords and he lied Straight to my face. There?s an... router called mirage banquet. He refused to give it to me by stating there?s no wifi. The staff are rude. There have no patienceand professionalism. I hope you understand your business strives on great customer service. Great huge area to have all your fun and activities. Wedding, baby shower, ceremony etc.. Very good audio system to play your... favourite music. Big reception area. Lots of parking, right on Albino Road. I recommend it for all your venue needs Read more
