I would strongly recommend the rooftop patio for a glass of rose and perhaps some frites. If you are looking for an authentic... French meal though, there are better places in the city. Personally, I feel like they've lost their way in this regard and whatyou get is the North American interpretation. I found it expensive too for what you get.
