Nuggets dried out, and what are these in my 20 pack? They counted both those as pieces. Last time at lunch school grade 9 kids... grinding weed and rolling in booths (14-15 year olds). Kids at lunch in parking lot taking up 4 spots all windows down blaringmusic with a lot of cursing. When they left, the lot was just littered with trash. Called the restaurant, they did nothing. For the last seven weeks, I've been going to this McDonald's every Friday morning before 9am. I pre-order on my McD's app and... dine in the restaurant. They get my order right, but they are incredibly slow at providing it. I usually don't order much morethan a coffee and a muffin or a donut, but the wait time does not correspond with the simplicity of the order (maybe it'sbecause my order is just another number coming in on the screen rather than connected to a human being? Maybe if I ordered atthe counter I'd have a better chance of receiving friendly service.) I've noticed other customers frustrated while waiting aswell; many have approached the counter to inquire about their orders. It's never really that busy at that time. I don't know ifit's a staffing issue or a training issue. I understand that they are dealing with more variables in ordering than what theyused to (i.e., orders at the cash, orders from the self-ordering machines, app orders, drive-thru orders, food delivery orders,etc.), but the staff at this McDonald's can't seem to manage the complexity and be nice at the same time. I also understandthat, at present, there's a worker shortage, and that hiring and retaining good employees is a major challenge. The fast-foodindustry is broken, no doubt. And it's probably an issue for the higher-ups to deal with. But whatever it is, it's not workingat this McDonald's. Read more
Says everywhere it's 24Hrs but I placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and dude said they open at 5am. There are other... people driving in line up and they are turning people away because a 24hr isn't open????? No apopology or explanation given.Just.... "NOT OPEN". I have never written a review but I must say I am so disappointed with this location! Bad customer service. I had to wait over... 25mins to be served for the curbside pickup but got nothing. They didn?t explain anything. I asked the reason, they said it wastheir system issue, not my problem. But no apologizes at all for waiting such a long time. I had to wait over half an hour to be served frozen hotcakes for my 4 year old son!!! Unacceptable!!! I had to edit this review... because I felt that the manager was a very understanding and apologetic lady and replaced the hotcakes. Read more
So I just came from here and I understand it's late but I don't think that's any reason for me to have to get a messed up big... Mac ( pictures added) if I wanted to work to put my meal together properly I would be working at McDonald's no I guess I'll bepaying, putting it together and lovin it right? This McDonald's is pretty quick, decent drive thru and an order ahead pick up parking spots as well. The plaza is very well... equipped with parking spots. They have the entrance and exits clearly labeled for pandemic protocols. They have 2 self serviceordering system as well which helps speed up the process. The food is consistent with other McDonalds and the interior isclearly labeled for customers. Service is pretty decent and quality is consistent! They also have a good amount of outdoorseating outside their exit. Read more
They were friendly and quick in the drive thru, but they got my order wrong. I asked for an ice tea with no ice, they gave me... extra ice. They forgot the straw. I ordered a chicken mcnugget happy meal for my child, we got a hamburger happy meal. The frieswere cold, 2 napkins for 3 meals. Otherwise, the food tasted like McDonald's Read more
