For over 15 years my McDonald's favourite was Cranberry Muffins. Well-baked, always warm and delicious, with generous amount of ... cranberries. About 2 months ago after opening the box and having the first muffin I've noticed the cranberries inside beingreally scarce. Thinking that was accidental, I've had the rest of the muffins - same thing: the number of cranberries inside wasless than half of what it was before. I was eating pieces of baked sweet dough with an occasional cranberry inside them. I'vetelephoned and let the male staffer know and he promised he'd look into it. 3 weeks passed. Thinking the matter must've beentaken care of, I visited the restaurant and purchased another box of cranberry muffins. If the situation has changed , itdefinitely changed for the worse. I spoke to another store manager that promised to look into the matter - yet again. This timeI decided not to sit idly and wait, but request a refund. The female on the other side provided me with her name and invited tovisit at my convenience to get my money back. She also promised to leave instructions to the staff. Being partially paralyzedmakes me unable to walk, so I've come to McDonald's after about a week. After grilling me for almost 15 minutes, the staffmembers telephoned the aforementioned manager and after another 15 minutes finally provided me with a refund. I've waitedanother week before calling the manager again to inquire about the matter and been told, that she'd made an inquiry at thebakery, the muffin supplier and in could literally take weeks and maybe months until the answer is received. I think mycomplaint has been tossed into the garbage bin yet again. Extremely upset. Read more
Awful experience. I waited 15 minutes for my food and then it was still missing a burger for another few minute wait. While I... was waiting a customer was upset for me on my behalf and two other people in line said it's always like that here. I'd go to thenext McDonald's if I were you! Read more
Took them over 10 mins to make me 2 dbl . Hamburgers and 6 nugget combo .was only about 5 ppl in the place The hamburgers were... made with hardly any pickles or onions . The grease was cutting right thru the wrapping so disgusting . So slow . Read more
Today waited for 4 ice creams for 15 minutes. Staff started to serve orders after me and made me wait longer. When i complained... about that all employees were extremely rude and didn?t even say sorry. McDonalds it?s when you get your order as fast aspossible and not wait for ice cream for 15 minutes. Bought a combo meal,they want to charge me 40 cents for one pack of mayo when I buy food there but they let people from the... street use the washroom when they don't eat there for free.Find another location that will treat they're customers better andappreciate the business we give them.Theres other mcdonalds I go to in the area that use common sense and treat they'recustomers better and well.This location is pathetic.GO EAT AT ANOTHER MCDONALDS.PEOPLE WORKING HERE ARE USELESS,IGNORANT AND RUDE. Really bad experience from this McDonald?s wait outside for 20mins and finally go inside they gave the food without Ketchup. I... asked for that ,but the supervisor said it?s in there ,I checked again, I didn?t see it. I said it?s not. She said if you wantjust ask for it when you order. I really don?t understand why the ppl like this? What a bad customer service and so rude to apregnant woman. I really feel shame on McDonald?s. So cheap so mean. Terrible. Parking is a nightmare at this location. No drive thru. Always busy with long lineups. Orders go missed. The lack of... staffing is visibly causing headaches for both employees and customers. the workers are scrambling around trying to fulfillorders with no coordination. Orders are being sent out without all items and causing heavy backflow. I feel terrible for theemployees having to deal with such chaos on a daily basis. Unfortunately I will never return to this location and will adviseeveryone else to stay away. Under no reason should you stop here. I'm not even a Tim Hortons kind of guy but I rather stop atone if I ever comeback to this area just to avoid this place. Hopefully someone from management sees this and takes some actionbecause the working conditions I've seen and how bad the output is at this location is borderline running on thin ice. Read more
