Wow! This is a hidden gem in Islington Village, and a must-try sushi spot. They offer takeout, dine-in, and delivery, and the... service is quick and efficient. The staff is very friendly and attentive. But best of all is the presentation, the quality, andthe freshness of their food. Everything we ordered dining-in was made with love and care, and it showed! Absolutely the best sushi I have ever had!!! I highly recommend this little gem of a place! Our experience at Kibo Islington was nothing short of perfect. Our waitress Chi took such good care of us and made us feel... welcomed and warm. The most fresh delicious fish we've had in a long time. What a VERY PLEASANT experience! A few of my co-workers and I were excited to see Kibo move to our area, and today I finally... tried them out for their "Cash And Carry" $5 special that is currently on (December 2021). What first struck me was how niceand accommodating the staff were with answering my menu questions, as well as how kind and welcoming they were. Made me feelappreciated as a customer. Secondly, my order with this special (plus an extra Miso soup) only came to $12.50 - And that wasfor the soup PLUS the 6 fresh and delicious pieces of Spicy salmon roll and 6 PC's of Chicken Gyoza. Yummy!! Thoroughlyimpressed with not only how fresh the food was, but with the presentation and care that was put into it. And it was all madefresh within 10 minutes. Amazing!
