Very disappointed with service and KFC website navigation. Placed two dinner orders from kfc app to redeem online exclusive... deals. Waited over an hour and the food never showed up. No tracking was provided. Called the store and they were not able toprovide tracking. Only mentioned order in progress and cut the call. Called back 20 mins later and still no sign of the food.Called the store back and they said they were going to call the delivery guy. They call me back another 15-20 mins later andsays the driver is not picking up. It was 10:30 by then and we placed an hour order at 8:20. I requested to cancel the order andthe store manager said this was not possible on her side. I should either come collect the food now or asked of I can comecollect the next day?! I refused and called customer service. They said they have to send the cancelation to the store and thenI will receive a refund. What kind of store system is this where a cancelation cannot be done? I came to this location at 11:07pm on Saturday November 19th. I asked for 2 orders of 4 pc combo and they told me they're out of... chicken. Three questions How are you out of chicken? They close at 12 and this is my second time here at around 11pm/11:15 and they have run out of chicken. Told me that their... kitchen was closed and that they wouldn?t be dropping any more chicken. Worst location. Ordered delivery at 4:36 PM. The store called me at 6:15 PM stating that they lost my order & had to retake it.... The employees were giggling & speaking amongst themselves on the phone, I could hear them in the background. I advised them thatI should be compensated or refunded for my order. They proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Avoid this location at allcosts! Update - Nov 5, 2022 - At Approximately 1:32 PM today a woman from the store (note sure if it's the manager or anemployee) called to confront me about leaving a negative review and to state that they were in the right from the prior daysincident.
