How do you guys forget to give the drinks to the Uber driver? Lol mind you every single time I order from this location... something is always missing . I have been coming to this place quiet often and right now the place has degraded its quality and customer satisfaction is not... at all considered by the owner as well as the employees. when asked to put extra topping (already mentioned) the amount oftoping put inside is way too less than they usually do in other harveys when asked for napkins (order for two) they give onlyone napkin. weird how they want to cut cost. my friend ordered us fries and a burger through the app and the fries are undercooked and raw while giving us a regular fries... when we ordered a large for an extra dollar. not only that but at the speaker the lady was rude and said to drive up before weeven finished our sentence saying we are picking up. you can?t complain on the app like other restaurants. go to the one onrexwood instead edit: they also gave us a regular pepsi instead of a pepsi zero sugar which is dangerous for diabetics!!! avoidthis location. my friend wants a refund Read more

First thing first, the supervisor was so dumb that she didn't know how to manually add the scene card number for a order. Every... other harveys know how to do it except this one. She should be on training rather than being a supervisor. Other than that foodwas good. Read more
