I’ve been eyeing this restaurant for awhile now and finally had the pleasure of dining here. First and foremost, the service... alone will make you want to come back. Every dish arrived in a timely manner and you will never have to worry about your wineglass being empty. As for the food, I’ll start with my favourite: the bolognese. I normally do not care for red/rose saucesbut this dish has easily become one of my favourites. The sauce was creamy but not incredibly heavy either. The meat to sauceratio was also great. And the pasta noodles themselves were cooked perfectly Al dente. There’s nothing worse than overcookedpasta in my opinion. The penne and seafood pasta were also very good but the bolognese was definitely the star of the show. TheWagyu short ribs with a side of mushroom risotto and greens were fantastic. The short ribs were extremely tender. Lastly,dessert. I’m not much of a dessert person myself but when I found out that they bake all of their desserts in house, I had togive it a try.
