Super bad customer service on order pick up today 22 October 2022 @ 12Pm. One of the server looks like a male asked me to wait... for 10 minutes, 10 mins. passed then I asked again and been informed to wait again it took more than half an hour for a verysimple order to prepare it was a green eggs burrito and salad. I am not experienced on preparing these kind of foods but I canprep this in 10 mins. myself. My impression is if the server dont like you (descriminate you) the order will take longerintentionally. Since I arrived 4 orders were already been picked up and I arrived before any of these guys. If I can rate nostar I will. Read more

First time ordering from here. Friendly staff, however, I think she knew I was new to ordering from here. I didn't want... chicken with my salad since it already had bacon but somehow she trick me & still charged me for it. But this is the kicker, asI was waiting, thinking she'll call me when it's my order so I can show her what I want in my salad for her to quickly add thetoppings, closed up the food in the container & then handed me the food baged. I was surprised how quickly she prepared my food& ask her why she charged me extra for the chicken to my bacon salad after seeing the receipt. She said I asked you whatprotein, but I also ordered another dish with the added chicken not for both. Not making a big deal about it, I didn't bother tocorrect her mistake & thought, oh well, I'll have extra chicken in the salad to later found out, she did not whatsoever addedthe chicken to the salad. The funny thing is, I knew something was strange by her over friendliness & hastiness as it was to getme out without noticing that I was overcharged to what I got. Two things was odd, she didn't want to give me the receipt & whenI asked for the dressing as I wanted to look inside the bag, she quickly answered that she already added the ranchdressing. Anyways, this place has left me with a bad taste. Not only did I felt tricked but I didn't even get the extra proteinthat I been tricked to pay extra for. Shame on them for treating customers like this. I know everything has gone up in price,but fleecing your customers is not a place I will come back to. Otherwise, food was OK. Btw, she didn't add the ranch dressingeither just simply lied to my face so I don't open the container to see that there was no chicken. Read more

Worst employees trying to finesse and rip you off paid almost 37$ no drinks for 2 bowls and had the audacity to charge me $4 for... the chicken ? is this worth $4 for the 5 peices of chicken?!?!?? Are you serious ? I will never go to this location again Read more

Wide range of menu items to choose from. Food is delish, but my favorite is the Market salad bowl. Absolutely divine. The peanut... butter keto bites are pretty awesome as well. Read more

These bowls were delicious. Haven't had freshies in over a decade and was happy I had it again. Delivery was prompt and... everything was served well kept and came still warm. Will definitely be ordering again to try a different bowl. Read more

Ordered on Ritual. Arrived at the store 3 mins after I got notification saying my order would be ready. Upon arrival I waited a... few mins for the worker to acknowledge my presence (one client waiting for food to be made, another client waiting to order).When I announced I was there to pick up my order the worker said ?it?ll be a minute? and proceeded to put my bowl together. Hedid this rather quickly and I walked over from the register side to the pick up side near the door and noticed as I?m walkingpast the food area he was putting something dark green I didn?t request (I ordered a make your own bowl and paid for 6ingredients). When I asked him what he put in there he told me green onion. I corrected him and said I didn?t order green onion,to which he replied they were out of red onion (what I ordered). This worker didn?t ask me if I?d be ok with this change. I wasthere in the store with him and didn?t bother to check. I asked him to remove it. He went to the back to take the green onionout (not sure why he disappeared). When he returned he quickly put the lid back and started to bag my food. I asked him toreplace the absent red onion with another ingredient because I had paid for 6, not 5?. He complied but not without making itobvious he was annoyed. I also informed him it?s best practice not to substitute an ingredient for another without checking withthe customer in case they have a dislike for something or worse, allergic. He was very dismissive and rude by simply brushing meoff with ?yeah yeah, it?s fine?. WELL NO, IT?S ACTUALLY NOT FINE. Honest mistakes happen. This was no such case. This workershowed no client service or care. Food tasted fine but like others said, very very VERY stingy on the protein (I got chicken).You may respond and say the chicken is under everything else?. I had the bowl, you didn?t and I can tell you it was mostly riceand very little chicken. Will not return to this location. Read more

NOT FRESH Unfortunately the lettuce in my Cobb salad is full of wilted browning lettuce. Totally not acceptable on so many... counts. Also disappointing that although the website (where I ordered) shows two hard boiled eggs, my salad only came withone. It was hard to order online as it kept giving me payment error even after three attempts, verified card info, etc. Downloaded app and it worked ok. Can not recommend and will not be back. The only positive is that my order was ready when Iarrived. Read more

Bamboo bowl was mostly rice and half of the chicken portion was not there! I understand they want to maximize their profit but... this is not right. I Often eat at Freshii and to my experince, if they don't know you or you are not a regular, your meatportion is reduced and they'll add cheap fillers to save money. I am very disappointed when I see successful businesses try andcut corners and lose their customers! Read more
