Owner is a cheap pos if he only hires one kitchen worker in the evenings. My Pizza hasn't even been prepped when the app showed... "ready". Was the third one in the same position waiting. Been noticing since last year - its not an rare excuse of the personbeing new. Summer time they had one female working doing everything except delivering the pizza, for obvious reasons. Read more

Delivery driver yelled at me because he could not find my townhouse. Offered to meet him at several intersections that he said... he was at and was unable to find him. He told me I entered my address wrong, however when we finally received our pizza, theaddress was correct. I called the store to complain and was told they would credit my order for next time. I called back a monthlater to receive the credit and there were no details recorded on my profile. I had said to the manager that I could rememberwhat I had ordered but thought it might have been two large pizzas, and was told that I had ordered two medium pizzas last timeso that seemed "sketchy". When I had said that the order she was seeing was correct and that it was the one I launched acomplaint about, she told me that I was not going to receive anything for a complaint that was never made. We have since beenordering from Domino's at 2811 Lakeshore Blvd instead and have had incredible customer service. I have worked at three differentDomino's locations as a delivery driver and was in training to be a store manager. I have always had incredible customer serviceat Domino's, but this location was exceptionally rude, unprofessional and anything but customer service oriented. Read more
3345 Lakeshore Rd ( between 27th& 28th street across from the fancy Ukrainian church). I ordered from the online app & picked... this up. The restaurant is a smaller one compared to other Dominoes I've walked in. It was presentable. Pizza was ok, theybaked it as per my toppings & style. One staff member treated me good. Sometimes, with these places its either a good or badexperience. So, try them & hopefully it works out for you as it did for me. Read more
Horrible!! I just ordered 40 wings and they all came raw! I called them and their response was that headquarters changed the... recipe for the wings and all of them are now like this..really? They look and taste horrible! They are actually RAW! Read more
I have been to many other locations and have delivered to my home too. They were all good. But this location is soooooo salty.... We had two pizzas and they were both very salty. First bite, ?ah, salty?. Read more
