Worst service. For them garlic seasoning is so expensive. Thats not how you gonna cut the food cost. Not recommended. Pizza was... burnt and not enough toppings on pizza. they don?t care about customer. Rude behaviour. I would have give zero star. Read more
Got pizza with a fly in there. I went there the next day with the pizza to show it to the manager and asked for refund but she... refused and said i can give you a credit for this. I said, why would i come here again? To eat flies again? She just said norefund. Just the credit. I wish i could give this store -100 but can?t. People save yourself from eating flies. Ordered online. Their site is okay, but my account password reset email took like 20 minutes to arrive in my inbox, and I... received 5 emails due to errors. Took around an hour to get pizzas delivered, although it was 4 large specials. It's a 50% offweek, so it makes sense. Pizzas tasted great (made by someone named Kanika, who other reviewers seem to praise as well) and hada decent amount of toppings, but were only warm when they arrived, probably from the slower service. Had to call to confirmwhether or not the driver actually delivers to the door of an apartment, and they said no, and decided to wait for himdownstairs to save him time. That's also fine, given the safety concerns for the driver (some of them get attacked/harassed),but the PIzza Hut I order from delivers to my door every time and the driver is a friendly guy. Gave the driver a good tip,because I always tip anyone who delivers my food, but he couldn't bother saying thank you, and just sort muttered something andturned away, which was disappointing. I took coupon deal of pasta and pizza. I used to love pizza pizza but now domino?s is my favourite for pizza choice. Their thin... crust is best ever to try. It was crispy and flavour of sauce is amazing. Pasta was good too but not up-to the marks. Read more
Waited 1 hour for a RAW pizza and was told it was our fault for ordering lightly done. DONE means DONE, not RAW not... semi-cooked... DONE. What we got after a pizza tracker fail, delivery guy waiting in his car, a rude customer service phone guyand the entire run-around was 2 RAW medium pizzas. Called Customer Service... they don't do refunds. OK, but YOU didn't cook apizza! "Well people order it like that so they can cook it themselves." Is the response we got. WHAT! I'd buy my own ingredientsor a DELISSIO if I wanted to cook my own Pizza. RIDICULOUS! I've ordered "lightly cooked" before... and it has never been RAW. Idon't know what going on with this location, but they need some training or better glasses. P.S. -- This is not a cheesepull... it's a DOUGH PULL. I wouldn't even feed this to the raccoons outside. The staff here is so nice they give you best deals and try to make the best discount. Moreover the quality of pizza is so good.... Always recommend to go there and get good deals on pizzas and sides. Read more
