Placed a 30$ order including 1 free pizza on Friday Nov 11. Delivery driver was extremely rude, and unprofessional. She called... and said there is no parking we?re leaving and hung up. Instead of asking if I could come down she just left. I hope th owner isaware that she now threw out 30$ worth of food, rather than wait 2 mins for me to come down. Also lost my free pizza. Calledstore. They don?t care at all. They said if no parking they move on to next delivery. You WORK in a metropolitan area, figure itour close your doors. Customers shouldn?t have to suffer at the lack of professionalism by your drivers. This will also beescalated to corporate. EDIT. The delivery driver claims order was delivered, and they fraudulently charged my credit card fora completely different amount on the bill This place is a joke and they don?t care and fraudulently charging people forservices NOT provided. Why do we need to buy pizza from this dominos. Its clearly run by amateurs. Mostly students I assume. My problem is not that... they are students but no one ever seen who is doing quality control. There has got to be someone to check how these cooks areperforming. I would probably go to a small business who cares about customers. Students would not be too bothered if anyonecomplaints, its not there purpose in life. Seriously like this location stinks?too bad this the closest location to where we live. We?ve always ordered domino?s from our... old place downtown but since we moved to the neighbourhood it?s been nothing but disappointment. Ordered online a medium pepperoni feast. Where's the extra pepperoni I paid for? This is just a regular pepperoni pizza.

I have ordered from this location numerous times over the years. Generally the pizza is OK. The delivery guys are really... friendly. One thing I have noticed is that the pizza often tends to be a little overcooked. Like an almost extra well done,sometimes moreso than other times. I just got home now after picking it up, and the pizza looks as though it's a day old. Itlooks dead, like it's been left in the oven too long, or like one other reviewer mentioned, possibly using a precookedcrust. Update: one day after ordering this pizza, the (leftovers) crust is literally rock hard. That's not normal, obviouslynot prepared properly. Doubt I will be ordering from this location again. I thought I would never hate a pizza, but this one actually made me want to cry as I was eating it. Hardly any cheese and... spinach was baked on the dough, not cheese, so it was crunchy. Dominos was having a 50% sale but I guess at this location itmeans 50% less ingredients too. Ordered XL and I guess they decided to skimp on the dough too!
