I found glass in my cake!! I hope it was only a mistake. In the 11 years I have been getting ice cream here that has never... happend till now. Other than than that, I probably will still eat here just not there cakes anymore.I am not mad about thisbecause things break in a work place like this all the time, I just hope that they would check the machines when they come inand after rush our and before they close to make sure there's no cracks or breaks in the machinery. Easily my go to stop for ice cream as I love DQ and the OG Blizzard. Something quick and easy for the hot summer or just any... time of the year is perfect. Indulgence in moderation as it could be addictive because of how good it is but definitely one ofmy favourite treats to have! The vintage and old school look of the place is a cool theme as well as it looks retro and couldbe reminiscent for those who want to experience the past. Read more

The slowest DQ I have ever been to. Every time I come here and I?ve come about 3 times now, there are one or two people ahead of... me and it?s at least a 10 minute wait. They also have old equipment and therefore don?t participate in the DQ app pointsprogram. Read more

They are open. Only a number of people can enter at a time. I didn't see them sanitize after each customer. It looks like this... particular location is Asian own now. Use to be a diverse group of workers working there. They are a selective group onlyoffering coupons to a certain race. I won't be going back to this location base on what I experienced. The ice cream cake wasgood as usual. Read more

WHERES THE FUDGE??? Look at my pictures. Got a 10 inch cake yesterday and today. These cakes cost $35. They are supposed to... contain a thick fudge layer and a chocolate crumble layer. In both cakes the crumbles were there in the proper amount but thefudge layer is nearly non existant. You can see a shiny little pocket smattered around the outer edge. Otherwise it's a tinyfilm barely present at all like butter on bread. I'm 54. Grew up on these cakes. Love these cakes. Have had them all overCanada. Never found a franchise that cheaped out on the best part of the cake like this location has done. TWICE. I feelshorting the fudge layer simply said HURTS THE DQ BRAND. DQ has web site sample pictures of cakes with slices out to show thedistinct thick layers of fudge and crumble that consumers should expect to find when buying a DQ cake. Is that FALSE orMISLEADING ADVERTISING when products sold dont accurately resemble what's advertised? Weston road location made them properlynow sadly they recently closed. MAYBE THEY WERE PUTTING TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE FUDGE IN THEIR CAKES. ? What I got didnt feel like itwas worth 35 bucks and soiled my opinion of DQ which until today was 5 star. What's the mark up on some soft serve fudge andcookie bits. You guys are supposed to be the gold standard of ice cream cakes. Is DQ so hard up for profit that they are willingto skimp on the one ingredient that made these high priced treats worth buying? Must be really REALLY R E A L L Y expensivefudge.$$$$ Read more
