I was *ecstatic* to find out that there was a location opening up in Sherway Gardens mall. What I like about this Coco location... is that it's right by an entrance (Door 2) and there is a nice seating area off to the side away from the hustle and bustle ofthe mall traffic so you can sit and enjoy your bubble tea in peace if you want. As for the bubble tea itself, I find that Cocomakes their tapioca pearls perfectly - they're not too hard, too soft, or too sweet. My go-to drink is pearl milk tea with nosugar. The pearls are sweet on their own so you don't really need to add any sugar. Update: Nov 19, 2022 I docked 2 stars offbecause I have now tried three times over the last month to place a mobile order and I could not because the app said that themerchant was not accepting mobile orders. I was also annoyed when I had to wait 20-25 minutes after I placed a mobile orderwhile I was walking around the mall. There were 9 people in line at the time with some of the teenaged kids actually sitting onthe floor because the line wasn't moving. It seems that this location is incredibly busy all the time and management reallyneeds to hire more workers to keep up with the demand so returning clients don't get frustrated and go elsewhere. I have onlyseen three workers at most, which is not enough when one person always needs to stay on the register to get through the line.This location needs to decrease their turnaround time! Another suggestion would be for one person to solely be in charge ofmobile orders - it's NOT a good idea to not have this as an option at all times in this day and age. Read more

I wanted to wait until I visited this location a few times before leaving a review. 1st visit - they had recently opened but... didn?t have their app functionality in operation so I was told I couldn?t collect points on my purchase. The staff member wasquite rude about it too. 2nd visit - they were extremely busy but I thought I got my order in a timely fashion considering thesituation. 3rd visit - Order was placed online and I went to pick it up. They leave drinks on the pick counter without makingattempts to inform waiting customers their drinks are ready. I waited a while before I could confirm with staff that one of thedrinks is mine (no identifiers on the cup except in-store order number which is different from online order number). It wasdisappointing that I even thought ordered their featured item, ?real mango slush? they had ran out of real mangos so they subbedwith something else (purée?) Read more
Great place! Messed up my drink but we're wonderful to fix it. Careful if you get your drink hot, its scalding, which they... shouldnt be that hot. Read more
For a new location, service was great and efficent. Typically would wait up to 5 min for most bubble tea shops like gongcha or... chat time, this one had my order done in about half the time (4 drinks). Def recommend Read more

Slowest service I?ve ever experienced, waited 20 minutes for 2 bubble teas. Girl at the front keeps taking orders instead of... taking them and then actually making the orders. Weird Read more
