Wonderful cafe that serves great drinks and a selection of some of the best pastries around. I believe the dough is flown in... from France, and you can really tell the difference, as the almond croissant is the best I have had outside of France. Thecoffee is freshly ground, and the hot chocolate is superb for younger (and older) palates. It can get quite busy, but theservice is fast and friendly, and conveniently there are entrances at the front from Bloor and off the rear parking lot. Read more
I forgot to leave a review when I visited here, but we first visit a couple weekends ago in the afternoon and the espresso was... delicious. I also loved the tart that I got (blueberry and cream I think). And the woman working behind the counter was reallyholding down the fort by herself! I know from experience that it's tough to get customers' orders ready, answer questions, ringthem up, and have great customer service at the same time, and she was great at it! Read more

Got the dark chocolate mouse cake, chocolate mouse cake, and fruit tart - all were super fresh, and tasted very good; very light... and rich in flavor. Highly recommend as well as the coconut croissants. Read more

A wonderful, charming café in The Kingsway. It offers tasty viennoiseries, and pâtisseries that cannot be found anywhere else... in the city. There also are hearty and delicious quiches, sandwiches and other lunchtime options. Very friendly staff. I alwaysenjoy dropping in for their food and atmosphere. Read more
