Out of all the locations I've tried, this one is by far the absolute best one. I've driven out of my way just to go to this... location instead of local downtown ones, that's how consistent and delicious they make their Burritos! Every time I place anorder for myself and some co-workers (typically every second Friday (HT)), they nail it! It's the easiest go to lunch that willalways satisfy the cravings. My fave location - I?m a huge burrito boyz fan. My typical order is the veggie soy naked burrito check out the picture it says... it all in terms of product quality & presentation (I got no dairy and skipped a few other toppings so this is a custom order).Every order at this location has been top notch and the service is excellent. Food is good but Really disappointed by the service. Last time we came and ordered food takeaway. Arrived home they missed an... item so when we called to let them know they told us they will give us 30% off our next order. My husband took time to ask(multiples times) the lady how will the staff know he has the 30% off she said "just give your number and they will know"....wecame to finally order today again and staff said they could not find any note so could no honor this discount...which I couldunderstand if someone dishonest was coming to get a random discount. But why did the note was not there in the first place, shecould see that we were legit waiting for her to give us our discount this time because this was their mistake but no... so weleft because we did not want to give our money to the same place that got our money last time and did not give us our completemeal....management needs to review the way "discounts for mistake made" are managed in this place ???? Pictured is a Steak Burito and a Box of chips. Service is good, this is one of the better staffed BB locations I've been too.... Burito was stuffed fill. So much it burst down the middle on the first bite. I'm glad this location doesn't skimp on the box ofchips, it was actually filled compared to other locations in surrounding area. Overall good experience. 7/10. But docked apoint for my drink missing from my order. Didn't realize it at the time in restaurant. Read more
Amazing location for Burrito Boyz - bigger space, great service and consistent quality! I'd stop by here instead of the one by... Queensway and Nordin (near Queensway Cineplex) which is much smaller and not commute friendly. Being next to Islington Station,this is much more accessible as a stop over if you need to grab food in the area. There's also decent amounts of parking spacesto stop and order online/go for pick up. Seeing this location being built and coming to life, you can tell the attention giveninto navigating and the flow of customers. There's a lot of room to go via the Order Here section, Delivery section and also atable for their pick ups. They've done a good job providing customer information and listing out their toppings at the cashier.The system is connected with all other Burrito Boyz as they do take your name and phone number to remember your last order. Thefood quality is consistent with other locations. They're really attentive to any allergies and concerns you may have as well. Ialways order the Naked Burrito as it comes in a clear sturdy container (which feels much more than a regular burrito). Read more

Maybe its a one off, or they were having a bad day, or they were too busy.. but the burritos we had tonight were just... awful. The chicken was just bad, it was overcooked and dry and had a strange after taste and very underseasoned. And theseburritos were stuffed with only this bad chicken! Look at the picture I attached. Where is the extra burrito sauce, rice, beansand especially the cheese?! There is no cheese in here that I could find. And the guac was old and had too much of what tasteslike lime concentrate. Burritos are supposed to be a medley of flavours and ingredients but this was just a nightmare that weended up throwing in the trash. What a waste. Read more
We like this location because it?s convenient and the portions are usually very large and tasty. Staff is friendly and the... parking is good for a quick run in to grab the takeout as long as no green p parking enforcers are around. My one complaint isthat they don?t have the mango coleslaw that all other locations do. This location lists it on their website as an option andwhen I call and placed my orders (the last 6 times because the website isn?t working still) they say they have it but I alwaysget the regular coleslaw (which I don?t like) and my receipt says regular coleslaw even when I talk to someone and specificallyask for the mango one.
