Everytime I come here they disappoint me. Last time I came here they were closed because they were short staffed. Today they... messed up my order in the drive thru and when I went in told them about it to get my proper food, they took it and threw it inthe garbage. Then gave me burnt refried fries. I asked why they threw out the food instead of offering to let me keep at leastthe fries, they said they can't afford to give away fries but they can afford to waste them and throw them in the trash. Theyalso always have the AC on full blast. Many people have complained while I was there and they refused to lower it. This is theworst burger king by far. Avoid it. Read more

Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken while 5 of the employees were busy looking at me and walking away to help drive... through. I understand that for you guys it is important so I?ll let it slide. But what is unacceptable is for me to have myorder taken. Wait another 15-20 minutes for your employees to tell me they don?t have any spicy crispy chicken left and if Iwant regular chicken. Very disappointed with the customer service from this location. Every time I go here the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff provides the best customer service and is always happy to... serve you. Whenever I dine in, the dining area is spotless. I normally do not write reviews, but the store manager Joanne went above and beyond when I ordered at her restaurant on June... 22nd and I truly feel like she needs to be recognized. The store was extremely clean, the staff was friendly, and the servicewas great. During my visit I ran into a little problem and had some questions, and Joanne went above and beyond by answering allthe questions I had and helped me with a high level of competence. She was extremely knowledgeable and was kind. She is a greatleader as i can see she wants to maintain high customer satisfaction and has good intentions. Thank you very much Joanne for allyour help. Already I have been this place for three times. They are going through some problems as they are newly opened, but overall I... like the place and hope they are improving their service as time goes by. The place is nice and clean, staffs are mostly kindand they are doing their best. Especially Whopper is so yummy, the patty is big and juicy and smoky, tomato and lettuce werefresh and crunchy, the bun was nicely baked. Fries and onion rings are crispy. Also they have cherry coke for the refillabledrink and fresh salad which you cannot find in Macdonald?s. Their ketchup and mayonnaise are Heinz, so it tastes richer. I amsatisfied with the quality of the food and glad for having more choices here. Just be mind that their mobile order is notworking well sometimes which is not the staff?s fault, so I personally prefer ordering in person even though there might be somewaiting time.
