I love Burger King, hence the two stars. But this spot needs to be either knocked down and rebuilt with new people or taken out... completely and replaced with a ghost kitchen were you can?t see the staff. The service here is below average and the staff hereare just not into service or anything related to it. The cleanliness here is at a new level of disgusting. Washrooms are not forhuman use and the tables and chairs can?t be described from the level of dirtiness their at. A very disgusting location, I wouldavoid at all cost! Read more

Disgusting place. Tables are dirty ever there was no busy at that time when I was there. Service was awful, I asked them to put... no pickles in my burger but they put anyway. They never asked if we want any sauce for chicken fingers.. The onion rings wereburnt. I'm very disappointed, I have never had experience like this with any other Burger king. Read more

The food was freshly prepared. Staff friendly. I was surprised by the archaic building very old and could use a fresh coat of... paint on the building. (Queensway location). Definitely not up to date as per other franchises or competition. The main thingwas the meal and it was tasty ???? Read more

DON'T LET THEM PARK YOU AT DRIVE-THRU. HORRIBLE service and EXTREMELY DISGUSTING store, the floors look musty especially under... the tables. The seats are never cleaned properly, I dropped some sauce on a seat by accident and there was still remnants thenext day I went in. The store's smell is disgusting and reeks of urine, bathroom is diabolical and seems like it was never evercleaned. Their staff seems very untrained, no hospitality, no smiles, nothing. They serve really slow, and prioritizedrive-thru. I had to wait 7+ minutes for a Whopper meal after I ordered it while I've seen them serve 4-5 cars at drive-thru andevery time, the fries are practically unsalted and old. Whopper Wednesday is very bad, the lines are so long nobody takes ordersfrom the people dining in. I decided to go over by the serving counter where they serve fries to tell them to salt it properlyand I am quite tall so I can see over the barrier and I noticed that they don't use gloves and scoops the fries with their barehands after touching money. I've seen the tall Indian-looking lady with glasses do this the most. I can see one person on theleft behind the fries area is doing nothing. A lot of orders, understaffed, and when they do have more staff, they're useless.Evenings and weekends are the worst! They're very slow even when there's barely any customers. Their food quality decreasespast 2-3pm on weekdays. Weekends are always disgusting. Their burgers, especially Whoppers don't have enough sauce and lettuce.The bread and the whole item theirself are squeezed, flat, and cold. The chicken menu are always burnt, old, dry, and tastes ofdisgusting oil. Especially the nuggets. Their meat seem to be about medium to medium well, so I asked for well done meat andthe meat is still moo-ing. I complained and they said that well done meant fresh off the broiler, and I as much as this maysound racist, it had to be said. Not happy with burger king. I did a mobile order so my food would be ready, we were going to eat inside... First I had ordered a... whopper Wednesday combo and added cheese onto my whopper burger for $1, there was no cheese , so when I brought it back to haveit fixed, the replacement burger they gave me was still red inside and not cooked fully through. Never coming back to this location again. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order at the window. Pulled up to the... window, paid, got my drink and was told to reverse behind a yellow pole (about 2 metres behind the window). She made me staythere for only 5 seconds before making me come to the window again to get my food. When I asked her what was the point of that,she said something like "oh it's because of the timer" really? I was the only customer there. Never had this experience at anydrive thru in Canada or across the world. Customer service is really strange. You pick up food at the window, not some imaginaryline. Update: Decided to give them another chance and again they made me wait behind the window. When I asked again that theyshouldn?t be making me reverse backwards the girl said ?I know but we don?t have people to bring food to your car?. I was theonly one at the drive thru again and in my car. The girl ended up slamming the window in my face. Will definitely be calling themanager for this one. Will they force me to reverse if people are behind me too? Ridiculous! Read more
