The staff took forever to acknowledge me. Busy cooking and chatting. The cashier was dismissive. He also kept wiping his nose... with one hand while cooking with the gloved hand. Should have warn a mask if he had a runny nose. Read more
Great Halal option at the Sherway Garden mall food court. Quick service, many options to choose from. Burgers taste better than... many others we have had outside. Fresh, soft buns, perfect patties. Generous serving of hand cut fries. Would definitely begoing again. Read more

DISCLAIMER - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE. I went to this place today afternoon and ordered a crispy chicken... combo. Upon opening burger, I found a long hair inside it. I took it back to the server and he without apologizing startedarguing with me stating that you are in a mall and it could be of anyone sitting around you. I asked to speak with a manager andhe said I am the manager and what do you want to do in a very rude manner. Without even saying a word, he told me do you wantyour money back, lets do that. The best he could have done was apologize and given me a solution rather then behaving rude. Wish @bigsmokeburger hire some well mannered staff or atleast train them well before putting them on the floor to interact withcustomer. Read more
I love the lamb burger. Yummy fries also. It was busy when I went (mid week around 7pm). They were in the middle of dinner rush... and making every burger from fresh patties? I appreciate the care they took to prepare my order (1 combo + additional burger).They were busy but still courteous and served clients quickly as much as possible. Read more
Was a little conflicted with this place. The food was decent, burger patty was a little over cooked but understandable due to... food safety. Although service and hygiene can use some work. One employee was constantly on their phone and then handling foodwithout washing their hands. The employee in charge of assembling burgers was scratching her back right in front of us and thentouching the food without even changing gloves. Pretty disgusting and killed our appetite. The lamb burger was not juicy but not dry, the bun is too big in... proportion to the meat. 13 +$ for a burger with tax included is something that I consider a gourmet burger. There arecompetitors in the field of burgers serve more impressive meats in terms of taste. I would expect the burger pre-cooked weightto be 6 oz. Min. This lamb burger is too small, and noticeable so. The sauce was not substantial not generously enough toenhance the taste. Friendly staff, clunky food assembly system, too many hands on one burger, instead of having a dedicatedperson to complete the order. The kitchen flow is flawed.
