The portions of the 1 scoop Sunday is ridiculous, I have never seen that small of a scoop that costs more then a one scoop in a... cup. You are better to get a regular scoop and add chocolate sauce and I say chocolate sauce as that?s what they call there hotfudge and tell you it?s the same thing. Everytime I visit this location its like pulling teeth. I now know why the lines get long and service is slow. The owners... micro-manage their staff and Instead of being proactive and taking orders from others waiting in line, they intervene and takeover every order their staff tries to serve. So, you'll have two ppl working on one order. Yesterday, it took 20 mins or more tocomplete my order bcuz instead of assisting staff by taking the next persons order, the owner kept jumping in and complicatingthings with mine by re-asking me my order two and three times after staff already dealt with me. I had 7 simple orders and after15 mins, they only completed two milkshakes. Made the customer behind me get upset with me and accuse me of having a long order.I even offered to place HIS order so he could leave. The owners are appear to be alright but they need to step back and lettheir staff do their job so line can clear faster. They also give smaller scoops compared to what I've gotten at other BRlocations. Read more
Can?t rate the place on cakes as I am going to be driving a distance to this place but they don?t answer the phone to inquire... about what products they have for sale. Don?t see the point of have a business line and a website and never answer the phone???????? Guess I could recommend Highland Farms for a regular cake since I can?t get an ice cream cake from this place sadly Read more
Lots of variety for flavors, but the portions are comically small and the prices are ridiculously high for scoops, sundaes, and... shakes. The shop is clean and professional, but this is not a good option for value or portion size. Try Dairy Queen or anice-cream truck instead. Read more
It's really sad how the workers are conditioned to serve the old neighbourhood (nothing to do with actual age) . Awful... service. My puppy was not allowed in the store, while all the Karens had their way - regardless of their dogs'size. "Selective" service. Read more
