One of the baristas at this location is the worst person I've ever interacted with at an aroma. She just seems so disinterested... in speaking and helping customers and when asked a question about the order she acts hella entitled, as though she's paying us. I don't know who hired her but she thinks she's too good to be working here and treats customers like it. So please either trainyour employees or have a better standard of hiring your baristas because this is unacceptable. Read more
While the staff is indeed extremely friendly (about three people asked if I ordered already), the listening and following... through on the order was a different story. I ordered a salmon sandwich with no onions and received it with the onions. I amseverely allergic to this and accidentally ate some thinking that it was without. Please do better for those with allergies andthank you for the consistent puking that I am now experiencing. Read more
First, I should say that this is in no way a comment on the staff I interacted with there - they were all very nice and... friendly. :) The main issue is that while this Aroma says it opens at 10am most days, the kitchen seems to open at randomtimes, whenever the person running it decides to show up. Or not. So, you might come here for breakfast only to be told that thekitchen is still closed, and might open in ten minutes. Or twenty. Or thirty (actual times I've been given at different points).This wasn't a one-off, either - it's been at least five times that this happened. To the owner - please make sure that yourstaff shows up on time, and if you say the cafe is open, it really is open. Read more
The employees working at this location on Friday august 12th at 3:50pm are rude and argumentative . I said I wanted an iced... aroma made with less ice which the square one location used to do for me all of the time, but when I came here an asked theysaid first ?well the drink will be really watery if we make it with less ice? I said no for me the drink is more watery withmore ice because ice turns into water. Then she said oh ok and asked another employee if the could make it with less ice, theother girl came other and said there?s no possible way to make it with less ice, when I said the other location does it for meall of the time she wouldn?t even let me speak, kept speaking louder and cut me off to the point I just said whatever and askedfor my drink. They brought it out literally 2 seconds later which makes me think they just didn?t want to make a new drink andlike to be argumentative towards their customers. This location doesn't serve shakshuka or aroma hash even though they advertise it on their menu. I got the classic breakfast... with sunny side eggs instead. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bread was great as usual. The turkey bacon was pretty sadthough as it was small portioned (one stick broken in half) cold, hard, and extremely tough to chew. Felt more like jerky from agas station. Staff was friendly but forgot my drink as they were busy socializing with the people from the order behind me andserved them first. Read more

Food is always fresh and tasty and their coffee is on point. It's a great stop and grab a snack and a coffee spot.
