Ordered online - was told to come get food its ready - waited an additional 25 min because in the past when ordering online ive... gone and its not been ready. Got there STILL NOT READY - was refused a refund even though food was not made or even started. Hadno choice but to take food got told they where again missing the ingredients to make my order STILL REFUSED A REFUND. Alsoordered the "deal of the day" and was still charged full price. Awesome service, best tasting shawarma in town and portions are very generous - in fact too much for most people. The chain of... Ali Baba?s Shawarma shops in Toronto is way better than either of Osmow?s or Lazeez chains which dominate the shawarma scene inMississauga and Oakville. The daily specials are probably the healthiest and most affordable lunch you can have anywhere butthe entire menu is very affordable. Pretty good spot. There is no organization on where to start your order (like Subway) and they seemed easily flustered but it... was overall a good experience. The crazy wrap is quite delicious but they didn't specify that it was going to be slicedup...kind of odd for a wrap?? Luckily the order was redeemed by the awesome taste. I also got crazy sauce and hot sauce added tothe fries, which was a great choice. I think I prefer the location at Dundas and Cordova more but this is convenient for thosewho are in and out of the TTC. Read more

The servers are very nice, and the food isn't expensive. (Especially if you get a daily special) The falafel pita is very... filling and delicious. All In all, if you're in the mall looking for food, you can't go wrong with Ali Baba Read more
